⁠Fairuz is an Assistant Vice President at Nexus Capital with more than 5 years experience in the field.
⁠Prior to joining Nexus Capital, Fairuz gained valuable experience at HC Securities & Investment, where she worked on cross-border transactions worth over USD 700 million across healthcare, F&B, logistics, fintech, and utilities in Egypt, as well as plastics in Tunisia, logistics in Saudi Arabia, and chemicals in Kuwait, taking lead roles in several high-profile mandates.
Holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from the American University in Cairo, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. 
⁠Currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance at AUC, further deepening her expertise in corporate finance and investment analysis.

Youssef Ayman, an Investment Analyst, holding a BSc in International Business from New Giza University.

He began his career at CI Capital in private equity, where he built a strong technical foundation. Youssef enhanced his expertise by completing the Wall Street Prep course, specializing in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
At Nexus Capital, he leverages these skills to deliver strategic insights and analysis, supporting the firm's advisory initiatives and showcasing his commitment to excellence.

Ahmed Usama, an Investment Analyst at Nexus Capital, specializes in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance advisory.
He previously worked as a Consultant at Oasis Opex Advisory and as an Equity Research Analyst at Cairo Financial Holding.
He also completed internships at Azimut Investments and CI Capital, holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University, and is an FMVA-certified professional currently pursuing the CFA Level I designation to further enhance his expertise.

Nour Shahin is an Investment Banking Analyst at Nexus Capital.
Began his professional career with internships at Prime Holding in the brokerage division, gaining early exposure to capital markets and equity trading.
Worked as an Investment Analyst at Investia Capital Group, a family office, where he developed strong experience in financial modeling, valuation, deal analysis, and transaction support.
At Nexus Capital, he applies his analytical and financial expertise to support investment banking mandates, contributing to deal execution and client deliverables across multiple transactions. • Nour holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Coventry University.

Began her finance career through roles in investment banking and credit risk at EFG Hermes, gaining exposure to financial analysis, risk assessment, and transaction dynamics. Previously worked in Private Equity at Ezdehar Management, where she contributed to due diligence, market research and valuation analysis,
At Nexus Capital, she supports investment banking mandates through financial analysis, deal execution support, and preparation of client deliverables across multiple transactions.
Laila holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from ESADE Business School in Spain, one of Europe’s leading business schools, and completed an academic exchange at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
