Abdelrahman Enany

Abdelrahman Enany is an investment banking professional with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The American University in Cairo. He serves as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Nexus Capital, with a focus on financial modeling, valuation, and client relations.  Prior to this, he honed his investment banking skills at CI Capital Holding, contributing significantly to his expertise in the field. Abdelrahman is FMVA certified, highlighting his skills in financial analysis and modeling. Additionally, he has contributed academically as a Teaching Assistant for Financial Modeling at AUC. His leadership extends beyond finance, as evidenced by his role in founding the AFC Vikings Amateur Football Club.

Omar Abdelaziz

Omar Abdelaziz holds a BSc in International Business Administration and an MSc in Finance from Tilburg University. With a solid foundation in credit risk analysis gained through his experience at Worldline, Omar has demonstrated expertise in evaluating financial risks and managing complex profiles. Currently serving as an Investment Banking Analyst, he specializes in developing advanced financial models for mergers and acquisitions, leading capital-raising initiatives, and preparing detailed investment memorandums to support strategic decision-making. Omar also holds the FMVA certification from CFI, further enhancing his financial analysis and valuation capabilities.

Youssef Ayman

Youssef Ayman is an investment banking analyst at Nexus Capital, with a BSc in International Business from New Giza University. His finance career began at CI Capital in private equity, laying the groundwork for his expertise. Youssef enhanced his skill set by completing the Wall Street Prep course, specializing in financial modeling and valuation. At Nexus Capital, he applies these advanced skills to deliver strategic insights and analysis, showcasing his commitment to excellence in finance.

Youssef Walid

Youssef Waleed is an investment banking analyst at Nexus Capital, holding a BSc. in Banking and Finance from the University of London. Youssef specializes in structuring investor presentations, performing industry research, and client interaction. Prior to joining Nexus, Youssef completed an internship in CI Capital Holding's private equity department where he gained practical knowledge and financial modeling skills. Having passed the CFA Level I exam, Youssef combines a mixture of academic knowledge and practice. He embraces teamwork and coordination since he is a former professional basketball player.
